Schedule:
Hybrid (50% Onsite / 50% Remote) | 4/10 Work Schedule (Mon Thu) Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, construction, or project controls. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing complex multi-year projects, and the ability to work across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and risk management Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and stakeholder communications Oversee EPC contracts and support third-party contract negotiations Resolve project issues and drive continuous process improvements Mentor junior project managers and lead cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
8+ years of project management, engineering, construction, or project controls experience PMP Certification required Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility projects
Preferred:
Experience working with or for Client Knowledge of land acquisition, environmental permitting, CPUC regulations, and EPC contracting Strong collaboration skills and continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $100.00-$105.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
