Hybrid 4 onsite / 1 work from home in Greenwood Village, CO Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support enterprise IT initiatives within the Cloud Architecture and Resiliency team. The role will lead planning and execution across AWS-focused proof of concepts that improve scalability, resilience, and service quality. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate dependencies with program management, development leads, and architecture, facilitate ceremonies and reporting, and proactively manage risks and change to deliver outcomes with minimal customer impact. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2 JN -84 Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, drive milestones, and monitor project health. Align tasks and dependencies with program managers, development leads, and architecture. Schedule and run meetings, including planning, scaling projections, standups, and ticket reviews. Establish communication plans with project teams and stakeholders. Provide day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee documentation compliance and prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and budgets. Proactively advance projects and raise risks upon identification. Experience Requirements:
7+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise IT or SDLC initiatives, ideally with cloud architecture exposure. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project planning, judgment, decision-making, and analysis. Hands-on experience with AWS, Jira, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and use of Gantt charts and timelines. Nice to have:
video streaming or large enterprise SDLC experience, training or leadership experience, or prior cloud architect/engineer background.
