Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to support critical transformation initiatives in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This contract opportunity requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in driving enterprise-level programs involving business readiness, change management, and technical transformations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project/program management experience leading large-scale initiatives across business and technology teams while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Readiness / Change Management Lead readiness activities supporting transition from one technology platform to another. Partner with stakeholders across organizations to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and resources. Build and execute change management strategies and implementation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless organizational transitions.

Program Management:

Drive project execution, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Organize meetings, follow-ups, and governance sessions. Prepare status reports, presentations, and executive updates. Facilitate decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups. Ensure alignment between business, technology, and vendor partners.

Technical Program Management:

Support enterprise platform transformations involving multiple vendors and stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and accountability for deliverables. Connect teams across organizations and ensure cohesive execution. Maintain strong communication with client-facing senior leaders.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Project / Program Management experience. Proven experience leading enterprise transformations. Strong expertise in Change Management and Business Readiness. Experience managing technology platform implementations. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Background:

Financial Services or highly regulated industries. Experience working with large enterprise organizations. PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications preferred.
