Local construction company is looking for a full-time senior level project manager to manage public works/federal projects from Monterey County to Riverside County. Job location is Grover Beach, Central Coast. Project manager's main responsibilities are to coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This includes management of subcontractors, issue subcontracts, manage subcontract agreements, monitor project progress and deadlines, resolve project issues, manage project budget, create schedules (baseline and lookaheads), coordinate material procurement, coordinate/schedule project meetings, and coordinate the submittal process. 10+ years experience preferred •Salary is dependent on experience and skill level Company Overview Quincon, Inc. is a full service construction company that is committed to customer satisfaction by providing quality service on time, within budget and schedule.
