Senior Project Manager - Insurance Technology Transformation Alphanumeric is hiring a Project Manager to work a hybrid schedule in Glen Allen, VA with an established organization in the financial and insurance industries. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, claims modernization, and customer experience improvements. ????

Hybrid Schedule:

Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday in Glen Allen, VA ????

Pay Range:

$55-$58/hour W2 ???? Contract-to-Hire (target conversion around 3 months) ? No sponsorship available. No 3rd party vendors or C2C. Candidates must be able to work directly on W2. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives, including legacy system modernization into PEGA solutions within the insurance claims space. We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Project Manager with strong executive communication skills and the ability to manage delivery timelines, project plans, stakeholder communications, and enterprise releases across cross-functional teams. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage cross-functional enterprise projects in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Build detailed project plans, track milestones, and drive delivery timelines
• Coordinate Agile development efforts alongside larger Waterfall production releases
• Lead executive-level project updates and stakeholder communications
• Manage risks, dependencies, project scope, and delivery expectations
• Partner with business and technology teams on operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives
• Support legacy system modernization efforts into PEGA platforms What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments
• Experience managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall projects
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Proven experience interacting with VP and senior leadership stakeholders
• Strong project planning, reporting, and delivery management experience
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives Highly Preferred
• PMP Certification
• Insurance, claims, or financial services industry experience
• PEGA-related project experience or legacy modernization exposure
