The focus for this role will be on high-performance cooling solutions for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. We represent best-in-class manufacturers and pride ourselves on execution, accountability, and long-term customer relationships. Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of mission-critical data center projects with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This role is central to delivering white-glove project execution that drives customer satisfaction, repeat business, and expanded project opportunities—while enabling the Outside Sales team to focus on new business development and project acquisition. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of high-profile data center projects from equipment delivery through installation, startup, and commissioning.
  • Serve as primary on-site representative coordinating owners, customers, contractors, manufacturers, and commissioning teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, including equipment delivery tracking, staffing plans, travel, and housing logistics.
  • Coordinate mechanical equipment deliveries with manufacturers and factory personnel to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
  • Build and manage a small on-site project team to support continuous site coverage across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with in-house startup and service teams to align personnel and commissioning schedules.
  • Develop working knowledge of company product offerings and identify cross-sell opportunities during project execution.
  • Maintain strong on-site customer and end-user relationships.
  • Support the Senior Outside Sales Team by tracking active and prospective projects and maintaining project data within company sales systems.
  • Attend select industry events and conferences with senior sales leadership. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management or building construction management.
  • Experience with mechanical equipment delivery and supply chain logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Working technical knowledge of mechanical systems, data center infrastructure, and mission-critical facilities.
  • High integrity, strong references, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Calm, professional demeanor with the ability to manage conflict effectively.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and extended on-site assignments.
  • Able to operate independently while taking direction from senior leadership. Compensation & Benefits
