About the Opportunity At Jacobs, we're shaping the future of transportation across Ireland — and we're looking for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who want to be part of something meaningful. Our Transportation team has built an enviable reputation across both Roads and Rail, delivering projects that not only meet today's infrastructure demands, but actively contribute to a more sustainable, climate-resilient future. This is more than just project delivery — it's your chance to influence major infrastructure programmes from concept through to construction, working on high-profile projects for Transport Infrastructure Ireland, the National Transport Authority, Local Authorities, and Iarnód Éireann. Whether it's advancing major road schemes or helping shape the future of rail across Ireland, you'll be at the heart of projects that make a real, visible impact. You'll step into a role where your leadership, judgement and technical understanding truly matter. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, bringing together diverse expertise to deliver complex infrastructure projects successfully. You'll play a key role in shaping delivery strategies, balancing time, cost, quality and safety to drive strong outcomes for clients. Your ability to build trusted relationships—both internally and externally—will allow you to influence, guide and deliver with confidence. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging fresh thinking and smarter ways of working. What you'll be doing Leading the delivery of major road and rail projects across Ireland Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and delivery plans Creating a proactive environment for risk identification, mitigation and innovation Acting as a key point of contact for clients—communicating progress, challenges and solutions clearly Promoting a strong safety-first culture across all project activities Ensuring successful outcomes aligned to programme, cost and quality objectives At Jacobs, you'll have the opportunity to work on industry-defining projects that are shaping Ireland's transportation network, while growing your career within a globally recognised consultancy known for excellence and innovation. Here's what you'll need Proven experience delivering transport infrastructure projects (Roads, Rail or Aviation) A degree in engineering, construction or related discipline Chartered status (or working towards) with a relevant institution Strong knowledge of project management principles and delivery in a multidisciplinary environment Experience with
TII / NTA
