Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and delivery support for critical initiatives within a Cell Therapy environment. This role will drive cross-functional alignment, ensure adherence to governance processes, and manage project execution across a complex, regulated landscape. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, deep experience navigating governance frameworks, and the ability to operate effectively in technically complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and outcomes Drive governance lifecycle processes, including approvals, endorsements, and formal decision-making through cross-functional forums Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews to ensure transparency and alignment Coordinate across business, technical, and quality teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery progress Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance expectations within a regulated (e.g., GxP) environment Serve as the central point of contact for project communication, issue escalation, and stakeholder management Drive accountability across teams and proactively resolve blockers impacting delivery What You'll Bring 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex, cross-functional environments Strong understanding of governance lifecycle processes (stage gates, approvals, and decision forums) Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies simultaneously Experience operating within regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, biotech, pharma) Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder alignment and executive-level communications Proficiency in standard PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Preferred Qualifications Experience in Cell Therapy, biopharma manufacturing, or related R D environments Technical background or exposure to one or more of the following: Quality systems Analytical processes or labs Method transfers Equipment transfers Critical reagents and materials management Familiarity with governance-heavy environments and structured approval processes PMP or equivalent certification Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. For this position, the base salary pay range is $70/hr to $80/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
