Job Title:
Program / Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a Program / Project Manager to support the implementation of SiriusXM features across connected vehicle programs. This role focuses on tracking, coordination, and execution oversight, while Tier 1 suppliers handle hands-on development. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in software program management, and fluent in English and Korean to support global stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Manage and track SiriusXM implementation across Connect S, L, W, and PBV vehicle programs. Coordinate with Tier 1 suppliers responsible for software development and integration. Maintain detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, and timelines. Track progress using bug burndown charts and status reporting. Provide clear, consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders. Free program and engineering managers to focus on people management and priority setting. Support Agile development processes, including sprint tracking and milestone reviews. Execute and coordinate high-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Review validation activities to ensure suppliers follow industry-standard development and quality processes. Monitor validation workflows to ensure quality targets and delivery timelines are met. Identify and communicate risks related to testing, quality, and supplier execution. Essential Skills Fluency in English and Korean. Proven experience in project managing a software development project. Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodology. Experience with stakeholder communication and management. Proven experience in project tracking and documentation. Ability to create and maintain Gantt charts, timelines, milestones, and bug burndown charts. High-level testing familiarity. Ability to execute high-level User Acceptance Tests. Understanding of industry standard validation workflows to ensure suppliers follow sufficient processes to achieve quality targets. Work Environment This role involves collaborating with global teams and stakeholders, requiring fluency in English and Korean. The work involves extensive project management tools such as Gantt charts and bug burndown charts. The environment is fast-paced, supporting Agile development processes including sprints and milestone reviews. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ypsilanti, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
