Dynamic EcoHome, a professional solar management firm is looking to hire a qualified and enthusiastic team member for the Solar Install Scheduler role. This is a full-time position. This position is seeking candidates who possess high competency skill sets in project management, effective multitasking, detail orientation, email organization, professional business communication (verbal and written), and customer service follow-up.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a dedicated Install Scheduler to oversee dedicated or various books of business within the Dynamic EcoHome platform. They maintain constant, detailed communication with sales reps and management teams on pre/post- installation project statuses and client account inquiries. In addition, this position is a liaison between our partner clients and our in-house fulfillment operations team who handle all aspects of the solar project pipeline. This is an intermediate-level and developmental role with an accelerated career advancement opportunity for more leadership roles within
Dynamic EcoHome Responsibilities:
Manage dedicated or various client CRM's within the Dynamic platform Be a liaison between our sales organizations and our fulfillment operations team Oversee all project status and work to reduce project completion timelines Record and notate communication with customers, sales, and in-field operation representatives Track and monitor solar project statuses and manage post-installation processes Relay relevant project status updates to customers via email Problem solve bottlenecks and prioritize projects most essential to new partner experience Communicate professionally through multiple platforms such as phone, email, and group chats Assist in on-boarding new reps and sales organizations through workspace and CRM training Organize high volume email correspondence with clients and automated notifications Build relationships with sales reps and management teams with assigned accounts Learn all stages and technical aspects of a solar project and help troubleshoot common issues Be willing to learn multiple roles within Dynamic EcoHome and transition laterally, as needed
Requirements:
Strong computational and analytical skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) Spreadsheet analysis and data organization Self-motivated with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and work in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking to problem solve challenges faced by clients and customers High attention to time management and email organization
