Duties Lead the development and execution of solar project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation. Coordinate with engineering teams to oversee system design, electrical schematics, and adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Manage procurement processes utilizing tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6 for accurate estimating and project tracking. Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, blueprint reading accuracy, and quality standards. Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and project management software; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues. Review contracts, change orders, and construction documents to safeguard project scope and budget integrity. Conduct site inspections focusing on electrical systems, schematics accuracy, and overall construction quality. Maintain comprehensive documentation including incident reports, progress logs, and safety records. Ensure all work complies with local regulations such as NEC standards and environmental guidelines. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale solar or renewable energy projects with a strong background in construction management or electrical engineering. Extensive knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Primavera; familiarity with HeavyBid is a plus. Hands-on electrical experience including system design, schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and electrical code compliance (NEC). Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across construction sites while maintaining strict time management. Experience with construction estimating processes using tools like ProCore or Bluebeam for accurate cost forecasting. Strong understanding of contracts related to construction projects; ability to review technical specifications thoroughly. Prior work experience in construction site supervision or project coordination within the renewable energy sector preferred. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
