Irish Management is a short-term rental property management company based in South Bend, Indiana, managing a growing portfolio of properties across the Notre Dame market. We run a lean, high-performing team and are entering a significant period of growth and expansion. We are looking for a Special Projects & Integration Manager, a self-directed operator who can step into high-priority, time-sensitive projects, drive them to completion with meticulous attention to detail, and move on to the next one. Think of this as a special teams role: you are not here to manage routine operations. You are here to execute on the things that matter most right now, and that fall outside what the existing team has the capacity to own. You will work directly with ownership across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning business integration and expansion, operational process improvements, vendor and team coordination, and on-the-ground execution of strategic priorities. Some projects will be ongoing; others will be defined, scoped, and closed. You need to be comfortable with both. Local presence is essential. You will represent Irish Management in meetings, visit properties, and build relationships on our behalf. Being embedded in the South Bend community is a meaningful advantage. Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the execution of major company initiatives from kickoff through completion, build the plan, track progress, remove blockers, and report status to ownership Manage multiple concurrent projects across different parts of the business without losing momentum on any of them Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks Coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and third parties to keep projects moving Attend in-person meetings, site visits, and vendor introductions on behalf of ownership when needed Document processes, handoff procedures, and operational playbooks as new workflows are established Serve as a liaison between ownership and team members, ensuring priorities are clear and communication is tight Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and outside parties on active projects Support ownership on high-priority strategic initiatives that require research, analysis, or organized thinking Handle confidential information with discretion, as some projects will be sensitive in nature Identify risks and surface them early, with no surprises, just clarity Adapt quickly as priorities shift, as this role will evolve and so will the work Requirements:
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, business administration, or a related field Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects independently and deliver on time Strong organizational skills; you build systems, not just to-do lists Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable representing Irish Management professionally in any setting Local to South Bend or able to be regularly on the ground here Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where the playbook is still being written Sound judgment and discretion; you will have visibility into sensitive business matters Familiarity with real estate, property management, or operations is a plus but not required Proficiency with Google Workspace, project management tools, and general business software Availability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities Pay:
From $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you make a commitment of 9-12 months with potential to grow into a permanent role. Experience:
