Job Description:

As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist, you will lead the material component of the end-to-end FAR Part 15 (FAR15) proposal and subcontracting lifecycle in support of large-scale programs. This role spans from proposal development and sales order award through subcontract negotiation and long-term purchase order execution with suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating compliant FAR15 material packages for submission.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate proposal and contract execution activities for large-scale programs. Develop and support material negotiation strategies in alignment with customer contract awards. Partner with internal business teams to support customer negotiations and program execution. Interface with customers to support audits and contract award activities. Support and engage key program suppliers as required. Mentor and train team members across the organization Basic Qualifications (Required Skills): 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Contracts, Business, or Finance. Strong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with DoD procurement subcontracting under FAR Part 15. Ability to act as a project manager and lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority. Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS). Supply chain and procurement experience, preferably within defense, aerospace, or similar industries. Experience supporting Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirements. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply contractual terms and conditions, including flow-down requirements.

Education:

High School diploma.
