About the Role As a Kinaxis Architect & Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Kinaxis solutions, driving architecture strategy and execution across complex implementations. You will play a key role in shaping scalable, secure, and high-performing supply chain solutions while providing technical and delivery leadership. • In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for Kinaxis implementations, including frameworks, standards, and deployment strategies. Define and drive enterprise architecture and cloud strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across environments. Provide technical governance by reviewing designs, code, estimates, and deliverables to ensure alignment with architectural standards. Support project planning and solution development, including requirements analysis, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and architecture decisions. Contribute to team and business growth through mentoring, talent development, and support for client proposals, RFPs, and strategic partnerships.

Work Model:

This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3-4 days per week onsite at a client or Cognizant office in Teaneck, NJ, based on business needs. What you need to have to be considered: 5+ years of experience with Kinaxis Expertise in Kinaxis solution architecture (techno-functional) Strong stakeholder and customer management skills Experience in project, delivery, and people management Bachelor's or master's degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA) • These will help you stand out: Experience within a consulting environment Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and solution delivery Kinaxis Certified Professional in RapidResponse or equivalent Kinaxis certification preferred Python or cloud data certifications are an added advantage Additional Information We encourage applications from candidates who meet the core requirements and bring transferable skills or unique perspectives that can add value to the role.
