• This is an Operations team for National Marketing Analytics team
• Part of the challenge for them is every IC has been able to do the work how they want internally which has not led to functional scalability - So, this will be co-creating with teams on standard and practices.

They are not looking to take requirements and implement them verbatim - strategic implementation based on what's coming in and user opinions location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $60 - 80 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Integrated health care company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to organize and lead multiple business-critical initiatives to supporting the Marketing Analytics team. A successful candidate will have 8-10 years experience leading large project teams (20+ active individuals), ideally with a broad portfolio of topics such as: IT/data, Marketing Campaigns, Research, Health Care Operations, Data/Analytics, Operational Readiness. Candidates should have confidence in bringing their own skills and PM "toolbox" to organize the project teams with limited guidance and ensure the Program delivers against expected measures. The willingness to be hands-on learning the subject matter and facilitating the production of deliverables will be critical to success, as well as knowledge of Change Management qualifications: Seeking ~10+ years of relevant experience:

• Program/Project Management
• PM experience in/around technology driven environments and projects
• Enterprise environment/large PMO experience (Agile & Waterfall methodology knowledge preferred)
• Process Improvement & Change Management skills/experience

Tools/Technology:

Open to any/different PM tools or Apps - No standard tools in this role but high level Jira understanding will be helpful/preferred

• Understanding databricks and/or PowerBI would also be a nice to have + call it out
