  • US Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin The Role As a Senior Project Manager at Deckers Brands, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, strategically critical projects that enable enterprise capabilities, elevate consumer and customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.
You'll own the full project lifecycle—defining scope, managing execution, resolving issues, and ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved on time and within budget. In our fast-paced, matrixed environment, you'll provide strong leadership across business and technology domains, proactively aligning stakeholders and managing project complexity. Your Impact Lead execution of large, strategic projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of defined business capabilities, outcomes, and value Align business stakeholders and delivery teams, serving as a key liaison between business functions, data, and technology teams Oversee budget, resource, and milestone management to keep projects on track Resolve high-priority issues and cross-team dependencies to maintain project momentum Ensure business value realization and adoption through outcome-driven delivery Ensure deliverables are aligned to overall Digital & Data strategy, escalating deviations with clear value cases Support portfolio reporting and project governance, including steering meetings Who You Are Bachelor's degree (or demonstrated experience); degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred PMP, SAFe, or Agile delivery certification strongly preferred; additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management a plus 7+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading enterprise-critical initiatives Experience in footwear, apparel, branded manufacturing, or global retail environments preferred Prior experience managing projects in transformation, systems implementation, or supply chain Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects that span business and technology Strong grasp of hybrid methodologies and ability to adapt based on project needs Effective communicator and facilitator, with the ability to align and influence at all levels Strong understanding of business value, change impacts, and capability delivery Awareness of AI, automation, and digital solutions relevant to project outcomes Strategic thinking and tactical delivery Cross-functional team leadership and influence Project budget and resource management Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Jira, Aha.io, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools Outcome-focused with an emphasis on metrics, KPIs, and value tracking Comfort with ambiguity and ability to pivot as conditions evolve What We'll Give You
