Professional Engineer Civil Engineering Full Job Description Overview:
Civil Engineering firm providing land development, construction management, public infrastructure, and site development wanting to make a market presence in Colorado. Looking to hire either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. Bonus opportunities on top of your competitive base.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
PE Certification (Colorado) 3-5 years of land development project management experience in the Denver MSA Lead a design team in the preparation of comprehensive engineering plans, files and documents for land development projects using Civil3D and other design programs. Coordinate directly with clients and jurisdictional staff Conduct site visits and field investigations to gather data necessary for project planning and design. Perform calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and project specifications. Work with supervisors and other design staff to continually improve and implement processes that ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Familiarize yourself and stay informed of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to contribute innovative solutions to project challenges. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
PE Certification (Colorado) 5+ years of land development project management experience in the Denver MSA Provide guidance in the entitlement and permitting processes of local jurisdictions Develop and manage client and broker relationships to develop new business for the company Work with supervisors and other design staff to continually improve and implement processes that ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery. Familiarize yourself and stay informed of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to contribute innovative solutions to project challenges. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
