Duration:
6-Month Contract We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Project Manager to support critical retail partnership initiatives involving major sporting goods retailers. This is a high-visibility role responsible for driving multi-year strategic programs across product and marketing functions while supporting business growth and product rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-level project planning, execution, and governance
Build and manage integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, and business operations
Facilitate leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Manage executive stakeholder communications and program updates
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Consulting, Strategy, or Marketing Programs
Strong experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within highly matrixed organizations
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience with Fortune 500 organizations preferred
Preferred:
Experience with BIG 4 - like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Accenture, or similar consulting organizations
PMP Certification
Airtable experience
Retail, consumer products, sportswear, or product launch experience
