The team brings clarity to priorities, aligns leaders and teams, and drives disciplined execution—delivering speed and impact on the initiatives that matter most. As a Strategy Project Manager, you lead the execution of business-critical, cross-functional projects—bringing structure, momentum, and accountability to complex work. You partner with leaders across various business areas to lead multiple cross-functional projects, translating goals into clear scopes, disciplined plans, and coordinated execution. In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to one day a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews. What you'll do lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle establish trust-based relationships and respectfully challenge assumptions apply structured problem-solving and project management methods maintain clear plans, timelines, and reporting for transparency manage scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders prepare scopes, decision documents, and executive-ready materials support change management and communication to enable adoption
