Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery complying with safety, quality and regulatory standards. Act as the primary interface for all related stakeholders(clients, end-users, subcontractor(if have), etc.). Key Responsibilities l Make installation plan with the help of filed service supervisors; monitor the progress, mitigate on-time delivery risks. l Responsible for the safety management, identify risks and take mitigation actions in-time; conduct safety inspections in daily work. l Act as the primary interface for internal and external communications.

Provide progress updates and communicate with all related stakeholders in a timely and proper manner. l Engaged in site-installation problems resolution. l Control project costs and meet the budget. l Continuously identify improvement opportunity to improve the customer satisfaction and installation work efficiency and reduce cost. l Complete project documentation and lead final handover. Required Qualifications l Related degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Power Systems preferred). l 5+ years experience in HV transformer installation; 3+ years experience as a Project Manager or related position. l PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. l Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation. l Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; l Familiarity with US/international regulatory frameworks and HV safety certifications. l Willingness to travel extensively.
