Job Description

We're partnering with a leading entertainment and gaming company to find a talented UA Project Coordinator. This remote opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for gaming or marketing. Join a dynamic team responsible for managing creative workflows and supporting content production. There is no application deadline for this role.
UA Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the flow of creative assets and resources across multiple teams and external partners. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is uploaded correctly and meets campaign specifications. Communicate effectively to clarify requirements and provide direction to vendors and internal teams. Maintain quality assurance standards by reviewing and providing feedback on creative assets. Organize and deliver final files, backups, and documentation to relevant teams and sites.
UA Project Coordinator Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment, ideally within entertainment or gaming. Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
