Role:
Program Manager - Oracle Transformation Location:
Fremont, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) About the Role A multi-year global ERP transformation spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and HR. We are seeking a Program Manager with 25+ years of experience in leading large-scale Oracle ERP transformations. This role requires exceptional leadership, governance, and change management expertise to ensure successful delivery and adoption across global teams. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership :
Drive end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation programs, ensuring alignment with Phoenix objectives and timelines. Stakeholder Engagement :
Partner with global business leaders, PMO, and functional workstream leads (R2R, P2P, O2C, S2P, M2D, Tax, Security & Controls) to define scope, deliverables, and success measures. Change Management :
Own and refine the Phoenix change management strategy, including communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement. Governance & Risk :
Establish program governance, RAID logs, release train planning, cutover planning, and executive updates. Execution Oversight :
Manage vendor relationships, oversee migration, integration, and testing phases, and ensure quality and compliance. Communication Strategy :
Design and oversee executive-level communications (town halls, newsletters, FAQs, leadership talking points). Training & Adoption :
Define learning strategies (role-based curricula, train-the-trainer, e-learning, simulations) and measure effectiveness. Performance Monitoring :
Establish KPIs for readiness, proficiency, system usage, and compliance; run hypercare routines to resolve adoption issues. Required Qualifications 25+ years of progressive program/project management experience , with at least 10+ years in Oracle ERP transformation . Proven track record in global ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion, E-Business Suite). Deep expertise in finance, HR, and supply chain processes . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Experience managing multi-region ERP rollouts and hybrid work environments. PMP, PgMP, or Oracle ERP certifications preferred. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM). Familiarity with data migration, integration tools, and testing frameworks . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills. Ability to coach and mentor change agents and regional champions. Work Arrangement Hybrid role : Candidate must be available onsite in Fremont, CA 3 days per week . Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and time zones.
