• 50•VDC Coordinator for our VDC Division in Seattle.

We're hiring a VDC Detailer who has foundational Revit experience, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment! What You'll Do?

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models of electrical systems using Revit based on construction documents and submittals Produce accurate shop and fabrication drawings for field installation Coordinate electrical systems with other trades (MEP) using Navisworks and BIM processes Perform QA/QC on models and drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability Manage project files, links, and BIM standards across multiple projects Track and meet project deliverable deadlines in coordination with project teams Day to

Day Work:

Build and update Revit models for active construction projects Create sheets, views, and schedules for shop drawing packages Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve coordination issues Run clash detection and participate in coordination meetings with other trades Maintain organized project files and adhere to company BIM standards Utilize Bluebeam and Excel for documentation and tracking

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, Revit modeling, or electrical drafting Associate's degree or technical training in drafting, engineering technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Autodesk Revit proficiency (2020 or newer required) Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial construction High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About Us VECA is one of the largest electrical subcontractors in the Pacific Northwest, built on long-standing relationships rooted in trust and integrity.
