You'll work with a collaborative and well-resourced internal team — spanning civil/site, structural, GIS, and traffic departments — to bring innovative engineering solutions to life. What You'll Do Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from concept to construction for public and private clients.
Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering designs, plans, reports, and permitting documentation.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Coordinate with internal departments (including Civil/Site, Structural, GIS, Survey, and Traffic) to ensure comprehensive and integrated project outcomes.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and manage submittals and approvals.
Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development within the department.
Qualifications:
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus).
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
6+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project leadership.
Strong understanding of water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment systems, and permitting processes.
Experience working with municipal clients and regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania or surrounding regions.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
