Join a respected, multidiscipline engineering firm that partners with long-standing municipal clients across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to lead transformative projects that ensure clean water access, protect public health, and support sustainable development. You'll work with a collaborative and well-resourced internal team — spanning civil/site, structural, GIS, and traffic departments — to bring innovative engineering solutions to life. What You'll Do Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from concept to construction for public and private clients.
Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering designs, plans, reports, and permitting documentation.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Coordinate with internal departments (including Civil/Site, Structural, GIS, Survey, and Traffic) to ensure comprehensive and integrated project outcomes.
Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and manage submittals and approvals.
Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development within the department.
