Job Description We are looking for an experienced WMS Project Manager with 5+ years of expertise to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of supply chain software solutions, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and order management systems (OMS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex WMS and other supply chain software projects, overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment and optimization. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall execution of WMS and other supply chain software projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget. Develop detailed project plans that include milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure that all project activities are tracked and aligned with project goals. Manage communication with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Keep senior leadership informed about project progress, risks, and issues. Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical specialists, business users, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and business-related risks. Develop contingency plans as necessary to address unforeseen issues. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that the project meets all quality standards, including system functionality, data accuracy, and user satisfaction. Perform regular quality checks to ensure alignment with business objectives. Oversee the configuration and deployment of solutions, ensuring that all requirements are met, and the system is tailored to the client's specific operational needs. Supervise the development of training materials and oversee the training of end-users to ensure the successful adoption of the supply chain software solution. Ensure thorough testing (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT) of the solution, working with technical teams to validate system functionality. Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that the implemented solution supports long-term business goals. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project, using these metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement. Manage the formal closure of the project, ensuring that all deliverables have been met, the client is satisfied, and all project documentation is handed over for ongoing support. Ensure the project complies with industry regulations, data security standards, and any other legal or compliance requirements relevant to the business. Required Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in project management, specifically with Infor WMS or similar warehouse management systems (SAP EWM, Manhattan, Made4Net, etc.) Proven experience in managing complex WMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent work experience PMP or similar project management certifications are highly desirable Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.) Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership Deep understanding of warehouse operations (inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, picking, etc.) Experience with system integration and managing relationships with third-party vendors Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management abilities Strong budget management and resource allocation skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and integration practices Ability to travel to client sites as needed, up to 50% Job Type:
