Here's what we're looking for. 10+ years of glazing project management experience required Strong background in curtainwall, storefront, and commercial glazing systems Bachelor's degree required Experience with PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, or similar industry software Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and best practices Key Responsibilities Manage glazing projects from pre-construction through final installation Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and field operations Review estimates, procurement, and field staffing for accuracy and efficiency Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful execution Use industry software (PartnerPak, Kawneer Direct, and similar tools) for estimating, ordering, and coordination Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates and reporting Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies Identify and resolve project issues to keep schedules and budgets on track Why This Opportunity?
