Job Description:

Required skills: Program Implementation, Human Services Responsibilities Provide project support on project management-related program requirements including, but not limited to, tasks related to the total tracking, planning, program development, and outreach for projects funded by the DWSRF and the EC-SDC. The position will also involve the review and approval of SRF and EC-SDC projects such as pay requisitions and compliance with federal and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning, tracking, and execution of funded projects Review project compliance, eligibility, and pay requisitions Maintain project plans and assist with priority list development (PPL) Coordinate with engineers, state agencies, and community stakeholders Assist in developing SOPs, guidance documents, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or related field Experience in program development, project coordination, or public sector initiatives Strong knowledge of program planning, compliance, and stakeholder coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills
