Federal Facilities Maintenance Location:
Multiple regional sites (within assigned contract area) About the Opportunity A leading federal services contractor is seeking an experienced Project / Contract Manager (PM) to oversee a large-scale U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities maintenance and services program across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for full lifecycle contract management β€” ensuring operational readiness, compliance, quality control, and safety excellence in alignment with federal performance standards. Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and federal holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities Supportive, mission-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and performance Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience managing facility operations, maintenance, or service contracts of similar size and complexity Familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) , FAR , and DoD standards OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training preferred Strong organizational and leadership abilities; able to lead multi-site teams and subcontractors Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) , asset tracking, and performance reporting Excellent communication skills with proven success in client or stakeholder reporting Must Haves Serve as the single point of contact for all contract matters and decision-making Lead and manage the full scope of facilities maintenance operations β€” planning, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting Oversee implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance reporting Collaborate with Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to maintain a zero-incident safety culture Support Environmental Management System (EMS) goals including sustainability and pollution prevention initiatives Ensure all deliverables, reports, and documentation meet government standards and audit requirements Preferred Background & Skills Previous experience in federal contracting or government facilities management Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy management programs Demonstrated success building strong relationships with contracting officers and federal stakeholders Skilled in operational metrics, performance analysis, and continuous improvement
Availability:
Must be reachable within one hour during and after government working hours and based within the assigned region.
