The Role:

Partner to our Senior PMs We are a leading commercial countertop contractor looking for a Project Coordinator to serve as the right-hand support to our Senior Project Managers. How You'll Support the

Team Project Documentation:

Assist PMs in keeping the gears turning by preparing and tracking Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders .

Production Liaison:

Act as a bridge between the office and our high-tech fabrication shop to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Logistics Support:

Help coordinate field measures and template schedules. You'll make sure the field crews have exactly what they need to succeed.

Material Tracking:

Follow up with vendors and track deliveries to ensure our materials arrive on time for fabrication.

Site Support:

Join Senior PMs on site visits to document progress, take photos, and learn how architectural designs become reality.

Who You Are Experience:

1+ years in a professional environment (Construction, Design, or Trades preferred). Equivalent experience—such as a Tech School degree or a construction-related internship—is highly valued.

Software Ready:

You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn industry-specific software like Moraware .

Blueprint Literate:

You have a basic understanding of how to read a drawing or floor plan (or the spatial awareness to learn quickly) .

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
