• Consumer Agent This contract will be taking calls from the public regarding their utilities, often times they are disputing their bills and/or services and seeking assistance.

The contractor will need to have a lot of patience, the ability to maintain professionalism and compassion under stressful situations while also following strict policies and procedures outlined by the agency. Required Skills 3+ years customer service experience within a professional setting such as an office or call center environment.
