Plans and coordinates all aspects of engineering projects from inception to implementation. Have the capability to deliver actionable activities to the business on time and within budget. Responsibilities Assigned to multiple projects Coordinates the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of project objectives and outcomes Facilitates the flow of information among team members on assigned projects Participates in removing project barriers and roadblocks Develops, tracks and reports on project progress, schedules and project metrics Completes the full scope of large, complex assignments / projects that involve multiple technology systems Other duties as assigned Qualifications 8 to 12 years managing IT projects 2 to 4 years of project or team lead experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications from recognized institution Effective communication skills Advanced knowledge of project management applications Preferred Qualifications Professional project manager with experience running Software projects from conception to production ready Experience with highly complex, e.g. tight schedules, volatile scope, projects with multitude of competing priorities. Has advanced knowledge of / skills in the areas of engineering fields like software, hardware, firmware, or project management techniques and methods Proficiency in Clarity and JIRA is highly desirable Previous experience in a similar gaming or lottery industry setting Success Profile Leading Complexity Leading People Leading the Business Leading Self #LI-DAK #

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
