Project Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Maintaining Client Satisfaction on Assigned Project(s) Responsible for completed Installer and Driver check off list for each project Participates in Project Reviews with Shop staff on Assigned Project Responsible for the Development and Finalizing of the Project Schedule Responsible for ordering correct materials needed on site Responsible for Maintaining Project Schedule Accountable for Submitting all Delay Notices Timely Accountable for Adherence to Contract Terms and Conditions Ensure Regular Project Photos and Daily Reports are being Completed Accountable for Maintaining Project Documents Responsible for Maintaining Open Communications and being Main Point of Contact for Owner and Subcontractor. Ensure Timely Payments are Received from

Customer Skills/Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with knowledge of construction, design, and cost management as a Project Manager or similar position for a general contractor. Proficient use of Google Suite products Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus, but not required. Reading understanding contract documents and CAD drawings. Strong organizational and communication skills.
