Job Description

Overview We're looking for a driven and organized Project Manager to take ownership of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships. Stable and growing company with a strong project pipeline Opportunity to take full ownership of your projects Direct collaboration with leadership and field teams Team-focused environment with hands-on support Real opportunity for growth and advancement Compensation $52,000-$70,000+ per year (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities What You'll Do Manage projects from kickoff through completion Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction Develop, manage, and adjust project schedules Coordinate with installers, drivers, and shop staff Order and ensure delivery of correct materials to job sites Lead project reviews and maintain clear internal communication Serve as the main point of contact for customers and subcontractors Track progress through daily reports and project photos Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date Submit delay notices when necessary and ensure contract compliance Help ensure timely customer payments What Success Looks Like Projects are completed on time and within scope Clients are satisfied and continue to work with us Communication is clear between field, office, and customers Issues are identified early and resolved quickly Project documentation is organized and complete What You Bring Experience managing construction or similar projects Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read and understand plans and contract documents Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar tools Experience with project management software is a plus Apply Today If you're ready to take ownership of your projects and grow with a company that values results, we'd love to hear from you.
