Project Manager

HM Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in AutoCAD and sheet metal fabrication/installation to oversee commercial and/or industrial projects. This role requires someone who can manage projects from start to finish while coordinating with field teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects from kickoff to completion Create and review drawings using AutoCAD Coordinate with fabrication shop and field crews Interpret blueprints, specs, and sheet metal layouts Track project schedules, budgets, and materials Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

3+ years of Project Management experience (construction or mechanical preferred) Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with sheet metal (HVAC, ductwork, or fabrication) welding skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC or mechanical construction Knowledge of estimating and takeoffs Familiarity with project management software

Pay:

Up to $34.00 per hour
