Job Description

Project/Selections Coordinator Project Administrator Genesis Construction a Custom Home Builder located in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a full-time, in-house Project/Selections Coordinator to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist clients in coordinating selections for their new home. Schedule and facilitate selection appointments for all clients. Follow Up with client selections and make sure selections have been made before scheduled due dates. Responsible for preparation, execution of and distribution of selection documents. Verify accuracy of information and pricing prior to submitting for processing. Communicate with suppliers and trade partners to maintain current product samples and design trends. Participate in regular company meetings and events. Coordinate installs and confirm accuracy and condition of all selections. Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as needed. Occasional jobsite home visits required. Consistent communication with subcontractors to ensure all selections are properly installed per the client's request.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
Construction experience and/or education with previous experience in new home construction required. Ability to coordinate finishes and colors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read contracts and construction plans. Professional appearance and presentation. Ability to engage, educate and assist clients with interior/exterior finish selections. Goal oriented, enthusiastic attitude and a team player. Ability to problem solve and meet deadlines to ensure building process is not delayed. Strong customer service-oriented personality and ability to work well with others. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
