7:00 AM - 4:30

PM Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily project coordination and field operations Manage and supervise subcontractors and field crews on active commercial construction sites Coordinate schedules, manpower, material deliveries, and upcoming project milestones Review blueprints, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders to identify and resolve issues before impacting production Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards Support trade sequencing and overall workflow coordination on-site Handle employee relations and jobsite communication professionally Requirements 1-2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Lead Carpenter, or Carpenter Foreman in commercial construction Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and scheduling Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documents Strong communication and leadership skills Pre-Employment Requirements NSC Standard Background Check 5-Panel Instant Drug Screen #
