Project Manager/Superintendent

Hill Plumbing & Air, INC is looking for a full-time Project manager and or Superintendent. Must be able to run a job and up to multiple projects with several crews. Responsible for overseeing and managing commercial projects from inception to completion. We have a great team that works well together and are looking for someone to continue to grow with us after serving South Carolina for over 100 years.

Skills:

Ability to read and understand plans, and specifications accurately. Must be able to Install underground and rough-in plumbing. Ability to install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, etc. Ability to repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, etc. Must be able to run large jobs such as schools, medical offices, etc. Must be able to run a crew and manage time efficiently. Must be able to follow instructions and instructions from Management. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work in a safe manner at all times according to company safety policies. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug tests according to company policy

Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
