Salary Range:
$160,000 to $190,000/year Full time, full benefits Position Responsibilities This position serves as the senior program leader responsible for full lifecycle execution of the Clinical Infrastructure Modernization Program Lifecycle Environment. The individual directs all activities across DevSecOps, virtualization, cloud integration, and enterprise infrastructure modernization in support of DHA's global medical readiness mission. The role requires direct engagement with NIWC leadership, alignment with centralized governance, and oversight of a mixed government and contractor workforce operating within a performance-based, cost-type contract. The position demands experience managing large-scale federal IT programs, particularly those involving centralized DevSecOps platforms, multi-tenant environments handling PHI and PII, and enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization. The individual must ensure compliance with Zero Trust, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity policies while maintaining cost discipline in a fiscally constrained environment. Required Qualifications & Skills Education requirements include a bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP or DAWIA Program Management certification are expected.
