What You Will Do:

Own the

Build:

Manage residential and light commercial projects from pre-construction planning straight through to final closeout. Manage the

Schedule:

Develop strict timelines, set benchmarks, and hold subcontractors and vendors accountable to the schedule. Control the

Budget:

Procure materials, monitor inventory, and proactively resolve scope/budget changes before they become emergencies.

Communicate:

Keep owners, architects, and internal teams updated. You are the face of the project.

Quality Control:

Conduct daily site visits to ensure safety standards and our high-quality craftsmanship requirements are met.

What We Need From You:

5+

Years Experience:

Proven track record as a Construction Project Manager (Residential construction/remodeling strongly preferred).

The Technical Skills:

You can read and interpret complex blueprints and construction docs in your sleep.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with construction management software (Experience with JobTread is a massive plus!).

The Physicality:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds as required when walking job sites.
