Full Job Description The Role:
As a Project Manager with Bearhome Service, you'll oversee residential repair and renovation projects from estimate to completion. You'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Field Operations Manager and will be instrumental in ensuring that our quality, timelines, and order fulfillment remain high-performing and productive. Repair scope review and assessment, pricing and estimating jobs, vendor performance and monitoring, and customer service and satisfaction remain at the top of the list of responsibilities and will be key performance indicators as their success is measured. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented and will drive sustainable processes as we promote growth, quality, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Oversee and manage field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals and objectives Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of work completed and any changes or deviations from original plans Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization
Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during project execution Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to field operations Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and manage resources Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to safely inspect residential properties, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas requiring physical mobility. Qualifications Strong project management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management software Demonstrated experience in team management Effective time management skills Ability to oversee project implementation effectively Must have one of the following previous experiences: Residential Remodeling (preferred) Professional handyman
