Our team combines deep organizational knowledge with thoughtful, creative approaches to solve complex problems and support meaningful, lasting improvement. he Senior Consulting Analyst of Consulting and Service Delivery is a valued member of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), reporting to the Senior Manager of Consulting and Service Delivery. Under general supervision, the Senior Consulting Analyst independently manages defined workstreams and serves as a critical analytical and project management partner to Internal Consultants and project sponsors across the enterprise. This role applies sound judgment to navigate complexity, develop actionable insights, and contribute meaningfully to the success of enterprise-level initiatives. This role is well-suited for an experienced professional who brings a strong analytical foundation, demonstrated project management capability, and the confidence to engage stakeholders, lead workstreams, and produce polished deliverables with limited direction. The Senior Consulting Analyst plays a meaningful role in advancing the team's consulting and service delivery work across MUSC Health and contributes to the growth and development of team members. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative mindset, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders — from front-line teams to executive leadership — and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential to success in this role. Education & Experience:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Data Analytics, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, data analytics, project management, or a related discipline. Experience within an academic medical center or large, integrated health system is preferred. Required Certifications / Skills (or completion within timeframe noted): Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification required within 6 months of hire. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or equivalent) required within 1 year of hire. Preferred Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) AI certifications in healthcare AI applications, AI strategy, or equivalent Experience with AI agent development or intelligent automation platforms Preferred Tools & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) Experience with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, or equivalent) Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and data management best practices Additional Job Description Education:
