Must-Have Skills:
3-5 years of PMO experience managing project governance, schedules, scope, risks, issues, change control, and overall project execution. 2-3 years of experience in project planning, resource management, reporting, metrics tracking, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint, along with a Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field. Nice to
Have Skills:
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project Server/Project Web App (PWA) and Agile software development methodologies. Professional Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
