Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Project Manager to support a large-scale Enterprise System (MES) Modernization initiative. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules while supporting PMO governance, reporting, vendor oversight, and project execution activities. What You''ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and manage enterprise project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS)
  • Collect, analyze, and apply project schedule updates from internal teams and vendors
  • Monitor project critical paths, milestones, dependencies, risks, and schedule variance
  • Produce schedule metrics, earned value reporting, and resource forecasts
  • Facilitate project schedule meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Support PMO governance, reporting, issue management, and risk management activities
  • Assist project teams with schedule planning, estimating, and resource allocation
  • Oversee vendor schedule management activities and ensure adherence to established processes
  • Create and maintain project metrics, dashboards, and status reports for leadership What You''ll Need
  • Bachelor''s degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • PMO or project management experience
  • Project scheduling, reporting, and resource management experience
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) planning experience
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, scope, and change control processes
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Server and Project Web App (PWA)
  • Experience supporting large-scale system implementation or modernization programs
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • PMP or other Project Management certification
  • Healthcare, Medicaid, or government project experience
