Project Manager
  • Ground-Up Athletic Sports Complex Indian Land / Lancaster County, SC $100,000
  • $125,000 + Great benefits A very well-established General Contractor with an 80-year history has an URGENT need for a Project Manager to join a major upcoming $30M ground-up athletic / multi-phase sports complex project.
As a Project Manager you will work closely with 3 Superintendents on-site to ensure successful project delivery on time and in budget. This 50-acre project is breaking ground in the next 30 days with a highly respected contractor that has built a strong reputation across the Carolinas over decades of successful delivery. It is expected to last 18-24 months and will have a large subcontractor presence (40-50+ subs). The Project Manager will be based primarily onsite, working closely with company leadership, superintendents, and field teams to support successful project delivery from start through completion.
You will be responsible for:
Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Supporting field operations and superintendents Coordinating subcontractors and project schedules Maintaining project documentation and communication flow Assisting with overall project execution and client coordination Requirements Minimum 5+ years' experience in a Project Manager role Ground-up construction experience preferred Experience in commercial, civil, site development, or athletic/sports projects is beneficial Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work onsite five days per week Open to candidates from both large and mid-sized GC backgrounds This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing, highly respected contractor and take ownership of a landmark athletic development project from the ground up.
