Project Manager

Efficient Contractors, Inc. (ECI) is seeking a Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join our team. Our services include cold formed & light gauge metal framing, drywall & finishing, rough carpentry, insulation and ACT. Seeking experienced candidates to lead in Project Management efforts, from contract award through project closeout. Manage multiple projects concurrently; review contracts and scopes of work; oversee project setup, and pre-construction; manage project submittals and RFIs; adminster pay applications, change orders & job cost tracking; coordinate project schedules to meet timelines and commitments; attend project meetings, and maintain pertinent project documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, vendors and our team. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Specify and communicate accurate scopes of work to subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of work. Proactively identify and resolve project issues. Validate subcontract pay applications and supplier invoices. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and project requirements Maintain a high level of professionalism representing ECI. Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Drywall Project Management. Working knowledge of Procore Construction Management and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in reading and interpreting Architectural & Structural drawings with a strong attention to detail. Complete knowledge and experience with metal framing, drywall, finishing and carpentry. Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Detail-oriented with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Field Experience Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
