• we are looking for a Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship. Responsibilities Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $8M to $25M+ annually Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project
• Lead the project team
• client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc.
• Managing overall project document control Plan and coordinate construction activities Evaluate risk Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 5+ recent years as project manager, with commercial general contractor construction experience.

Interior &/OR Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more Knowledge of local Sub Contractors Private client experience Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders Willingness to be part of Business Development Experience with multiple delivery methods Benefits Employer paid Health Insurance Employer paid Long Term Disability Insurance Employer paid Life Insurance Employer provided EAP Bonus
