SCHEDULE
Monday
  • Friday, 40 hours per week Core business hours with flexibility (e.g., 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM)
CONTRACT TERM
12-month contract (May 1, 2026

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager I will support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with company policies and standards, while driving process optimization and streamlining initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards Identify opportunities for process optimization and streamlining Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Experience with project management software Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with process qualification and documentation practices Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
