U.S. plant scope with international collaboration across global engineering and industrial project teams Responsibilities Lead and manage industrial engineering projects from concept through implementation Coordinate engineering activities across production, maintenance, automation, and technical teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost reduction Oversee design, installation, optimization, and commissioning of industrial equipment and systems Support production units/areas with engineering expertise to improve operational performance Analyze technical KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvement action plans Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within engineering projects Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and corporate engineering teams Lead problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for technical and process issues Provide leadership, coaching, and development to engineering and technical staff Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) Strong experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects in a plant environment Experience leading engineering teams or overseeing a production unit/area in manufacturing Ability to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment Strong analytical abilities and structured problem‑solving skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management capabilities Experience with automation, production lines, or paint processes is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a complex industrial setting English required; additional languages are a plus At OPmobility, people truly matter.
