Project Manager

WCG is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager with strong estimating experience to lead small to mid-size projects in the Charleston, SC area. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a proven track record in managing design-build projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of small to mid-size construction projects Perform accurate and timely project estimating Lead design-build efforts and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors Utilize Procore and BuildingConnected for project management, documentation, and collaboration Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Uphold quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction project management, with strong estimating skills Proficiency in Procore and BuildingConnected Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices in
