Lead Project Coordinator - Support the Team that Builds the
Projects Salary Range:

The Experience We'd Love To See:
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction operations, or similar roles Proven experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting other staff Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and calm Strong PC and internet skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Customer‑first mindset with a commitment to accountability Experience in construction or trades environments preferred
What You'll Get To Do:
Lead & Support the Project Coordinator Team Assist Project Coordinators with scheduling, dispatching, and tracking daily projects Fill in for PCs as needed to maintain workflow continuity Act as the first layer of accountability between the Operations Coordinator and PCs Mentor, coach, and train PCs to improve performance, communication, and efficiency Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to company processes Drive Operational Excellence Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, QI, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution Ensure paperwork, VPOs, and subcontractor bill approvals are accurate and completed on time Prepare PCs for the next day's schedule and proactively adjust to minimize delays Support warranty scheduling, on‑call rotations, and tracking of defective products or back charges Strengthen Communication & Customer Service Uphold fanatical customer service standards across all interactions Communicate job status, progress, and updates proactively to all stakeholders Assist with escalated customer or builder issues when needed Participate in internal and external meetings as directed Support Leadership & Continuous Improvement Provide concise, unbiased updates to the Operations Coordinator Help document workflows, improve processes, and support cross‑training Track and report project progress, VPOs, warranty issues, and key metrics

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction operations, or similar industry roles. Proven experience supervising or mentoring other staff members. Strong PC and internet skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and commitment to team accountability. Ability to maintain professional boundaries while leading, coaching, and mentoring staff. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
